UK Our long-standing partner TERTIA GmbH is introducing a new project called Integrationsturbo designed for people with a migration or refugee background who want to integrate into the German labor market.

2. Content and structure
The course consists of three modules with a total duration of 298 teaching units. The modules are a flexible combination of individual and group coaching, contributing to the successful achievement of the goal – integration into the German labor market.

- Reduction of learning stress
Surveys show that many Ukrainians want to stay in Germany permanently. Through targeted support during the adaptation phase, we lay the foundation for long-term success and independence. Our goal is to facilitate their entry while also providing them with the necessary skills and self-confidence for a successful future.
