Wir sind überzeugt, dass das Profil der Zuwandernden und die Angebote der örtlichen Arbeitsvermittlungszentren oft nicht übereinstimmen.
We are ready to share our knowledge and values with everyone and to use the crisis as a wonderful opportunity. We integrate into our initiative a strategy to promote the near future of humanity.

Main activities of New Work association:
Purpose
The purpose of the association is to promote and support people with a migration background in their integration as well as the maximum development of their personal potential and skills.
Target group
Refugees, migrants, resettlers from different countries and cultures who have the intention, motivation and skills to start their own business. The association's main focus is currently on refugees from Ukraine.
Result
The result of our work is both financial independence and successful integration into society. The association's concept envisages the development of business models that are geared to the needs of society as a whole and are not limited to one's own cultural environment.
The association positions itself as a structure that helps realize the economic potential, taking into account the local economic, cultural and social environment.
Main task
The main task is to overcome the three main barriers that hinder the integration process and effective communication in society and in the business world.
What makes it more difficult for people with a migration background to run a business in Germany:
1.
German rules of the game (laws and regulations, tax and legal system, etc.)
2.
Collaboration with authorities – lack of knowledge of the algorithm of authorities and offices
3.
Lack of understanding of the local buyer and their mindset (business practices, customer communication)
4.
Lack of understanding of the local business community and the specifics of their field of activity
